The goal of the conference is to propose and critique new perspectives on the creative use of diverse linguistic and multimodal resources to construct various identities, maintain personal relationships, accomplish a range of professional tasks, and sustain or subvert cultural and gender norms in the digital world. A special volume with selected papers from the conference along with invited papers will be published by de Gruyter in 2024.
